About the Role
The Director of Marketing/Admissions at Paoli Health and Living plays a pivotal role in shaping the organization’s outreach and engagement strategies. This position is responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing plans that effectively communicate the value of our health and living services to prospective residents and their families. The Director will lead a team to enhance brand awareness, drive admissions, and foster relationships within the community. By analyzing market trends and resident feedback, the Director will ensure that our services meet the evolving needs of our target audience. Ultimately, this role aims to increase occupancy rates and promote a positive image of Paoli Health and Living as a premier choice for health and living services.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to increase awareness and drive admissions.
- Oversee the admissions process, ensuring a seamless experience for prospective residents and their families.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling marketing materials and campaigns.
- Analyze market trends and resident demographics to inform marketing strategies.
- Build and maintain relationships with community partners and referral sources.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing or admissions, preferably in the healthcare or senior living industry.
- Proven track record of developing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance related to marketing.
