Health Facility Administrator (Interim)

• Responsible for the overall management and fiscal operations of the community and high quality of resident care and services in accordance with professional standards, state and federal rules and regulations, and operational policies
• Plan, organize and direct all administrative duties delegated by the Board of Directors

• Must possess a current Health Facility Administrator’s license from the State
• Demonstrate a high degree of leadership, organizational ability and communication skills
• Knowledge of long-term care management, policies, budgeting, personnel management, and census development
• A Bachelor’s degree in a health-care related field is not required, but a plus!
• Able to effectively collaborate within a team environment
• A passion for working with elderly residents in a caring, compassionate manner
