LifeSpan Therapy is now seeking an Regional Talent Acquisition Specialist/HR Business Partner.

  • The Regional Talent Acquisition Specialist supports assigned communities with recruitment efforts, including sourcing and screening of applicants.
  • Oversee requests and placement of recruitment advertising.
  • Makes recommendations of candidates to move forward in the hiring process and assists with coordination of initial hiring efforts of associates.
  • Screen applications and resumes to determine if education and experience match position needs. 
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a human resource or business related field, or an equivalent combination of a high school diploma and experience in long-term care or healthcare recruiting.
  • Two to four years’ recruiting experience is must.
