The ISNP (Institutional Special Needs Plan) Engagement Liaison plays a pivotal role in the business development process by establishing and nurturing relationships with Senior Living Facilities and Nursing Homes to introduce the affiliation with ISNP & IESNP (Institutional-Equivalent Special Needs Plan).

This position is responsible for identifying and qualifying eligible Senior Living and Nursing Home residents, gathering essential information, reaching out to the residents or Responsible Parties (RPs) to make them aware of the affiliation with ISNP and IESNP and offer the eligible resident or RP the opportunity to meet with a plan benefit advisor.

The ISNP Engagement Liaison must be able to perform each essential function effectively to be successful in this position:

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key contacts at participating facilities.
  • Identify residents who meet eligibility criteria for the plan.
  • Conduct thorough research to gather contact information for residents or RPs and initiate initial contact.
  • Enthusiastically present the affiliation information and offer the resident or RP the opportunity to meet with a plan benefit advisor.
  • Ensure all activities comply with relevant regulations and industry standards, especially in healthcare-related services.
  • Complete and return consent to contact forms (lead cards) in compliance with plan processes.

EDUCATION, QUALIFICATIONS, CREDENTIALS

  • Strong self-confidence, interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in maintaining databases and using CRM software.
  • Previous experience in lead generation, business development, or a related role is an advantage.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • A self-starter with a results-oriented mindset
